We also preferred their flat monthly contribution rather than a % of each settled sale.

The quality of the branding and marketing has, by default, enabled R&W Coolum to create a niche of selling top-end prestige properties.

However since joining, it became apparent R&W is much more than a real estate franchise. It's a caring family full of like-minded people. Colleagues we can bounce ideas off and share our successes with. The visits we receive from head office by Andrew Cocks (owner and CEO) and Amanda Ward (GDM), plus the regular principals meetings came as a lovely surprise.

One would be forgiven for thinking the NSW dominant office distribution, would result in the Queensland offices missing out. Not so at all.

Maree and I are raving fans of Richardson & Wrench. Our extraordinary success since opening just 2.5 years ago is on the back of being part of the R&W network.
