Does the R&W Franchise model offer advantages over its competitors?
R&W offer flexible and distinctly different franchise opportunities – The Traditional (Office) model and R&W Bespoke (Mobile). Our Traditional offering is based on a flat fee with no charge associated with Property Management. R&W Bespoke is for the savvy, established agent looking to get into business ownership without the cost and scale associated with running a traditional office.
Our 6 star approach to service and our dedicated specialist management team offer a personalised approach to every franchisee and their business structure. Does R&W provide induction training?
Yes we do. We have a detailed on-boarding process whereby we set our new franchisees and staff up with thorough, hands on training and integration into the R&W network. We have a dedicated corporate team who specialise in the areas of Marketing & Social Media, Training, Technology, Systems and Business Management to guide you through your start up period and throughout the life of your business with R&W.
