Sales Administrator

Richardson & Wrench Maroubra is seeking a motivated and positive real estate sales administrator who capable to manage sales administration and marketing needs.
This role will mostly liaise with agents and solicitors. Reporting directly to Director and working closely to support a successful sales team. An outstanding administration abilities and attention to detail are essential attributes of the successful candidate. Main duties and responsibilities:
• Real Estate administration role
• Prepare appraisal listing
• Managing Sales Trust Accounting
• Liaising with solicitors
• Coordinating marketing material including online advertising
• Booking photographers
• Preparing vendor reports
• Liaising with purchasers & vendors
• Updating in-house database throughout the sales process
• Manage sales listing from signing to settlement
• Provide support to the sales team when required

Preferred qualifications and experience:
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work effectively and responsive to assigned tasks
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Understanding of CRM database and DocuSign is highly desirable
• Demonstrates initiative and a can-do attitude with a smile
• Ideally experienced in sales administration
• Must be able to work under pressure
