The Receptionist is the first contact the public has with R&W Narellan. Therefore the role is highly significant in providing the best customer service and administrative support. We at R&W Narellan are proud of our award winning, vibrant and hard working office. We all carry strong work values and ethics with new, young and hard working attitudes. This is a busy and varied role, dealing with landlords, tenants, sellers, buyers, maintenance contractors and other agents. Enquiries are dealt with over the phone, in person and via email and online means. The successful applicant will be polite, helpful, proactive and responsive. Must be motivated, have excellent attention to detail and great people skills. Must hold a current Certificate of Registration in Real Estate and highly preferred to have minimum 2 years experience.

Daily duties include:
* Using office equipment such as photocopiers, switchboards and online record management systems
* Handling confidential information, including rental applications and copies of personal identification documents
* Daily banking procedure and office mail
* Assisting Property Managers and Sales agents, providing the appropriate support
* The successful applicant will hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
* We are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word
* Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
* Saturday work is expected
