R&W Managing Director Terry Comino grew up immersed in real estate, starting out by looking after the books for his father James from the age of 15.

Amongst his many achievements he holds the record for the largest parcel of land sold in the Blacktown region, the site upon which Stonecutters Ridge golfing residential estate now sits.

Terry’s background as a developer of commercial / industrial properties gives him the edge in all sales and leasing transactions, having a depth of understanding that few agents can lay claim to.
