Mark

Mark O’Brien is the Sales Manager of Richardson & Wrench Castlecrag, a licensed real estate agent and one of the Lower North Shore’s most respected property professionals.

The key to Mark’s success is a genuine enthusiasm for working with people, which is reflected in his outstanding achievements. After spending his formative years in the racing industry as a horse breaker and trainer, Mark decided in 1983 that real estate offered him the opportunity to apply and develop his interpersonal skills to their full potential.
Mark joined Richardson & Wrench Northbridge & Castlecrag in 1992 and quickly established himself as the area’s premier agent. He believes the Lower North Shore, in particular the Middle Harbour peninsula suburbs, offer unique features and therefore demand specialist attention, which is where Mark feels his experience and expertise often result in record breaking prices and testimony to these results are a string of outstanding Sales Awards.

Mark recognizes that being entrusted with a family’s major transaction is indeed a great responsibility and one which is treated with the utmost professionalism, dedication and care.
