Summer Dell Pastoral is an outstanding large holding within 1 hours drive of the Southern Highlands. It comprises of 387 hectares (957 acres approx) of pasture improved grazing country. There is an abundance of water through a network of 18 dams and a bore fed reticulated water system. The property has connected power, new stock yards, a 4 bay feed shed and has been divided into 17 paddocks enabling rotational grazing and cropping.

Water
The property is well watered with 18 dams and approximately 20 troughs fed through a reticulation system via a stock and domestic bore. Average rainfall for the area is approximately 27 inches.
Fencing
The Property is subdivided into 17 paddocks ranging in size from 9ha to 44ha. All paddocks are serviced by either water troughs or dam water or both and have good tree lines providing shelter for stock.
The layout of the property has been well thought out with an excellent laneway system allowing for easy movement of stock. All fencing is in good working order using steel post with barb and ring-lock.
Infrastructure
The property has outstanding galvanised steel stock yards in as new condition capable of holding up to 200 cows at one time. There are 3 drafting yards, steel crush and loading ramp with enough room to load B-Double trailers.
Additional infrastructure on the property includes 3 feed silos and a 4 bay steel framed hay/machinery shed.
Carrying capacity
The property is currently running approximately 250 Angus breeding cows with calves at foot and has the potential to run in excess of 300 breeders depending upon seasonal conditions.
