Lifestyle

Room to move, carefree living and a strong sense of community is what peaceful Baulkham Hills has on offer.

Just over 30 kilometres north-west of Sydney it is ideally linked to main arterial roads making the commute to Sydney or Parramatta super smooth.

Family-friendly is an understatement for Baulkham Hills. There are popular schools, plenty of leafy parks, a healthy dose of hospitals and religious centre - all ready to support your happy clan.

Weekends here are all about good company and kicking-back. You’ll find locals playing in the parks, doing a tad of shopping at the Stocklands Shopping Centre or strip of shops along Windsor Road, or dining at one of the many family-friendly restaurants.

Whilst there is no train line (as yet), it doesn’t seem to bother the many who happily commute by car or make use of the extensive bus service.
