Bondi Beach

Lifestyle

With her turquoise waters, golden sands and idyllic waves, it’s no wonder Bondi Beach is one of Sydney’s most popular and famous beaches.
About 30 minutes from CBD via public transport, Bondi Beach, offers so much more to do than just frolicking in the surf. A fantastic array of fine eateries, boutique shopping and a happening nightlife can also be experienced in this beachside beauty.

The promenade framing the beach is a favourite track for jog-gers and rollerbladers, whilst Campbell Parade with its designer swimwear, souvenirs, and fish and chip shops, caters for tourist and locals alike.
For the more adventurous, learn to ‘hang ten’ and take a surf lesson, or venture out on the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk for a few hours and revel in the magnificent ocean views.

When you’ve tired of the sun and ready to quench your thirst, there’s a great choice of hip cafes and bars to pick from, including Sean's Panaroma and Icebergs two of the most popular venues, due to their spectacular ocean views.

People

You won’t just find beautiful bodies, surfers and backpackers in this beautiful beach hot spot, but also a cosmopolitan mix of young and old singles, couples, professionals and retirees, plus a number of billionaires thrown in for good measure.

There’s a fun and carefree holiday vibe in the air around Bondi Beach. Even though there are still your typical weekend ‘exhibitionists,’ the majority of residents are about as down-to-earth and relaxed as they come.

Homes

Bondi Beach real estate mainly consists of apartment blocks and semi-detached houses which date back to the 1930’s.

Quality varies from retro units that need a bit of TLC, right through to stylishly renovated homes with stunning views. There’s also a handful of California bungalows and large free-standing homes on offer in this sought-after suburb.

But if you’re seeking something really special, then the sleek architect-designed residences and exclusive penthouses with sweeping ocean panoramas, are bound to take your breath away.
