FAQ's

What does R&W consider to be the most important qualities that a franchisee should have?

R&W Franchisees have a strong sense of character and hold themselves to a high standard of business ethics and expertise. They possess solid values, trustworthiness. Are passionate about the business of real estate and set the tone for a sense of comradery, inclusiveness and participation throughout the network.

Our principals and their staff are committed to the company’s guiding philosophy – “always, in all ways, beyond reproach” – ensuring that all those we deal with, whether buyers, sellers, investors or renters, are treated with respect, honesty and equity.

What is the R&W Philosophy?

Our past holds the clue to what makes Richardson & Wrench different. We have been in the business of real estate since 1858 and in that time our trusted reputation has never faltered. That is an achievement that no other real estate company can boast and one we hold as our guiding principle.

We are a dynamic forward thinking company that has embraced change while retaining values that are timeless – honesty, integrity, passion and professionalism.

Does the R&W Franchise model offer advantages over its competitors?

R&W offer flexible and distinctly different franchise opportunities – The Traditional (Office) model and R&W Bespoke (Mobile). Our 6 star approach to service and our dedicated specialist management team offer a personalised approach to every franchisee and their business structure. We believe these pathways to business ownership stand us apart from our competitors and from what is being offered in the real estate arena today.
