Michael then went wool classing with Grazcos in 1968 then into National Service in 1972, then back to the farm. He ventured into construction work with P.D.C Construction on the Wingecarribee dam tunnel, then with Citra Construction at Berrima. In 1978, Michael set-up a Rural Contracting Business erecting fences, sheds, stables, etc. until the urge of Real Estate took over in 1984.
